Everything else is bannable) Death/Suicide/DDos/Dox Threats Phishing links Other links Immature Behavior Harassment/Disrespect of any sort is NOT allowed We expect a safe/fun/Caring community. We DO NOT tolerate harassment/Disrespectful comments against Players/Staff/Admin/Owners/Server. Depending on the comment made , you will be punished as for seen by an Admin or to Staff Guidelines. Any disrespectful/unmannerly comments towards Admins/Owners MAY result in a permanent ban and may not be appealable. So we ask players to keep these type of comments to yourself. If you are having troubles with another player you may pm any staff member available or If you're having issues with a staff member feel free to use our Staff Abuse report thread (Or PM FLASE) We do ask for you to provide evidence for anything to be done. Members & Donators & Staff Breaking Rules . If you are found consistently breaking the rules you MAY be permanently banned accordingly. If a staff member is found rules they WILL be severely punished according to an Admin/Owner. The server rules do apply to staff as well. Listed below are some extra information that staff members are not allowed to do Things Staff Members are NOT allowed to do: Swearing in ANY chat Using their tags as a trust leverage to scam players Kicking/Tempbanning for fun Leaking private information Misuse of special permissions If a staff member is found breaking these rules , please immediately report to the Staff abuse reports with evidence. These rules only apply to Helpers -> Head Moderators. No Glitching/Duping If you are found breaking these rules you will be permanently ban from the server. We do NOT tolerate Glitching or Duping of any sort. If you have discovered a related issue please report it to staff immediately. The following is NOT allowed: Water Glitching Lava Glitching Scripts / Macros EnderPearl Glitching Teleport Glitching Auto Farming Sethome Glitching Block Glitching Item Duping Money Duping Discord Chat Rules Please do not spam anyone or staff in general on the Discord. Global server rules apply to the Discord as well. Impersonating staff is not allowed and will result in a tempban. Inappropriate Discord names are also not allowed. Forum Rules: Posting of videos/threads/posts not related to LegacyPvP (other servers etc) First Offense : Removal of Thread and Warning Points Second Offense : Increased Warning Points Third Offense : Forums Ban Chargebacks: If you accept an item or have someone purchase something, you are fully responsible if they chargeback. Please pm a staff member if you did not allow said person to buy this item for you. If not, a chargeback is possible in the future, and you will be blacklisted if so. Breaking any of the rules above will be punished for accordingly. Some bans/tempbans may go off staff guidelines depending on the rule that was broken. They may extend days or do permanent bans depending how the admins/staff see fit. Owners/Admins may ban/tempban anyone breaking rules (or other) to any amount of time to what they see fit. Warnings are not necessary to be given by an Admin. Forum Rules Failure to follow these rules will result in punishment from Moderators, Managers or Admins. The Forum rules are as follows: Toxicity is strictly disallowed on these forums. We want LegacyPvP to be a place for everyone, so player, server, and staff disrespect is strictly prohibited. Targeted harassment via posts and threads will result in punishment. Spamming of ANY kind is not allowed. This includes double/triple posting (will be explained), posting the same message on multiple profiles, post farming (will be explained), and just overall spamming the forums with unnecessary posts. Advertising of ANY kind is not allowed. Advertising server IPs is NOT allowed. Advertising your latest raid video is allowed but ONLY in the YouTube section of the forums which can be found here, if your YouTube video is in the wrong section, it will be removed. In Real Life money or rank giveaways are NOT allowed. That meaning you cannot advertise that you are giving away the $175 rank on Amethyst. Posts like these result in 25 Warning points, and be automatically locked and removed. If you are a participant in such giveaways, LegacyPvP is NOT liable for any chargebacks or money related issues involving giveaways. Racism is not allowed under any circumstances. Swearing is not allowed. This includes censoring, shortening, and using acronyms. Bumping a post early is not allowed. ‘Bumping’ a post is ONLY allowed BY the creator of the thread after 5 days. Double posting is disregarded in this situation. Post farming is NOT allowed. This includes posts such as these. Repeating or rephrasing what the author or another person has said is also post farming. “Like for Like” posts will receive a warning. Anyone that partakes in these kinds of posts will also receive a warning. Anyone found violating this rule MAY also have their post/ like counter reset to ZERO, this includes trophy points for posts/ likes. Similar threads/ post spam is not allowed. Threads and posts for reasons such as these are not allowed and will result in punishment. Any inappropriate content will be removed. A post, thread, picture, etc. that has inappropriate content WILL be deleted immediately. Harassment or Disrespect towards a Member/ Staff Member/ Admins/ Owners or the Server is NOT allowed and will result in punishment. Failing to follow a Mods, Admins, or Owners instructions will result in punishment. Asking a Staff member for permissions or for posts to be checked out is not allowed. Any post regarding Missing Ranks or Rank Transfers will be deleted. Rank Transfers can only happen when a server closes or when there is sufficient evidence an account with a rank was hacked. If you are missing a rank or any other purchase, please msg flase and the problem should be resolved. The following will result in an instant permanent ban from the forums: Using alternate accounts to impersonate, boost or farm posts will result in ALL accounts (Main and Alternate) involved being banned. Ban Evasion from the Forums will result in your account being banned. Inability to follow rules or excessively breaking the rules after being warned will result in a ban. Excessive advertising will result in a ban. Threatening to DDoS the server, the forums, Staff, or players will result in a ban. TP trapping is allowed, however /f home trapping is NOT allowed. Example : You join a new faction, and the owner tells you to /f home. You do so and get TP'd into a trap, and you repeatedly keep on dieing over and over by falling or getting killed with a sword, etc. Please only use the Report button to report a post. If you are found to be abusing the Report button, you will receive a warning.
